Story : The story begins with a bang-up action sequence where ACP Diana (Tabu) is chasing a cocaine laden truck. Diana's boss (Kiran Kumar) advises her that this information should remain a secret until the court takes custody of the goods. But both of them are unaware that the informer (Gajraj Rao) present in their force is giving all the information to Ashwatthama (Deepak Dobriyal) of the drug smuggling mafia gang.
Ashwatthama and his dreaded brother Nithari are the masterminds of this entire mafia. Diana and her team are made victims of a conspiracy. They are drugged and knocked unconscious, now the policemen's lives are in danger, but Diana survives because she didn't drink. The biggest challenge before Diana is to get the unconscious policemen to the hospital for treatment. At the same time, he has to reach his police station as well, so that the mafia cannot make a dent in that goods. For this work, she seeks help from Bhola (Ajay Devgn). Actually Bhola has been released from jail after ten years. While in jail, Bholaa learns that he has a daughter, who lives in an orphanage in Lucknow. He is desperate to meet his daughter. The story progresses with how Bhola, who goes out to meet his daughter, gets into trouble with Diana.
